Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized mental health care. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, mood disorders, and other mental health challenges.

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable discussing what you’re experiencing. I understand that seeking mental health care can feel overwhelming, and I strive to make the process approachable, collaborative, and judgment-free. Together, we’ll develop a treatment plan that reflects your needs, goals, and preferences.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, patient-centered, and evidence-based. I believe effective psychiatric care involves more than simply treating symptoms—it starts with understanding you as a whole person and how your experiences, environment, relationships, and daily life may be affecting your mental health.

I take time to listen and explain treatment options so that you can be actively involved in decisions about your care. Depending on your needs, treatment may include psychiatric medication management, supportive therapeutic interventions, education, and practical strategies to help you feel and function better.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and develop a clear understanding of what brings you to care. We’ll discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, medications, life experiences, and your goals for treatment.

You can expect a welcoming, respectful, and judgment-free environment where you have time to ask questions and share your concerns. At the end of the visit, we’ll discuss my clinical recommendations and work together on a treatment plan that feels appropriate and realistic for you. My goal is for you to leave your first appointment feeling heard, informed, and clear about the next steps in your care.
