Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I graduated from Western Michigan University with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have 9 years experience as a therapist.

I became a therapist later in life after working many years in manufacturing and as a mail carrier. A journey of personal growth and healing led me to a career as a therapist.

I enjoy helping others grow, heal and overcome challenges. I have much experience helping people manage life transitions, relationship problems, anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is an organic process and requires honesty and vulnerability on behalf of both parties in order to grow.

The process of change can be both challenging and rewarding. I am open and direct in my style and warm and empathetic in my approach.

What you can expect from me

My aim is to help clients gain greater self awareness while providing practical tools and feedback to aid in healing and growth.

I will be your ally while you work through life's challenges.

The first session will be primarily focused on getting to know you and understanding what you need help with.
