Great to meet you!

People are often told they should just “reach out for help” with their mental health — but the truth is, our system doesn’t always make it easy to find care that truly fits your needs. Too often, it feels like you’re supposed to think your way out of depression or push through anxiety by sheer willpower. It doesn’t work that way. Whether you’re a child struggling at school, a teen feeling lost or overwhelmed, an adult facing chaos at home, or someone whose coping habits are starting to take over — finding the right help is the first step forward.

I work with individuals of all ages who are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, or addictions to alcohol, drugs, gambling, or pornography — whether these struggles are long-standing or more recent.

Medication can be a helpful tool, but it’s never the only one. We’ll also look at other parts of your life — sleep, nutrition, physical activity, relationships, mindfulness, and daily routines — to build a plan that actually fits you. We start where you are, use the resources you already have, and move forward from there.

My background includes six years in the Marine Corps Reserves, experience in construction, nightlife marketing, and years of truck driving in the oil fields — all of which have given me a deep respect for hard work, resilience, and the many different ways people cope with stress and change.

That's a little bit about my story, I would love to have the opportunity to help you with your story.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to treat the whole person, not just a collection of symptoms. The best care is always collaborative, I have to work with my patients to determine what mental health means to them and how I can be a part of helping to achieve that. Medications have their place but so do lifestyle and behaviors as well as supplements.

What you can expect from me

My goal is that every patient leaves their appointment feeling like they have been heard and understood. I want them to feel like they have taken a step towards health and mental resilience and are moving closer to becoming the man they want to be.
