Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), working in North Carolina for the past 9 years. I am passionate about helping children, teens and adults improve on their strengths, find hope, and achieve their goals. I specialize in treating trauma in both children and adults. In addition I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also have experience treating ADHD, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and Relationship Issues.

My approach to therapy

In my 9 years of practice I have learned that you are the expert in your treatment journey. I utilize a strength based holistic approach to assist you in developing and achieving your goals. I believe in treating everyone with respect and dignity. My approach is person centered, utilizing Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.

What you can expect from me

My first priority is to meet you where you are and help you develop the framework for your therapy journey. You can expect a welcoming and supportive environment. My goal is to provide a warm safe space where you feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace.
