Great to meet you!

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure about how to move forward. You may be navigating relationship challenges, stress, life transitions, or simply wanting greater clarity and confidence in your life. Whatever brings you here, therapy can be a space to pause, reflect, and begin creating meaningful change.

I offer a client-centered and collaborative approach to counseling where our work together is guided by your goals, experiences, and what matters most to you.

I have a particular commitment to supporting individuals from queer, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, and I approach therapy with an understanding of how cultural identity, systemic factors, and lived experience can shape mental health and relationships.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals and couples who are navigating challenges such as relationship and couples concerns, exploring and navigating non-traditional relationship structures, healing from trauma and difficult past experiences, identity exploration and life transitions, stress, burnout and feelings of overwhelm.

Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful and goal-oriented. I believe that clients are experts on their own lives and my role is to support you in identifying what you want to change and developing tools to help you move forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I often begin with a guiding question: What would you like to see change at the end of our work together. Your answer helps me shape the direction of our therapy so that our time together remains focused on outcome that matter most to you.
