Great to meet you!

Hello! I am Sabrina, DC born and raised, and from a large immigrant Peruvian household. I believe therapy is a helpful space to deepen one’s understanding of themselves and others. It is also a space for growth and healing from our past experiences that have shaped us and our worldview. I use a systemic lens that involves viewing the individual within the context of a larger system. This includes people, environments, rules, and societal norms that impact us.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My role is to use a collaborative, non-judgmental, and supportive approach in therapy to meet my clients’ individual needs. My goal is to provide a safe, warm, and nurturing environment with a foundation of trust and empathy to facilitate difficult discussions. My hope is for you to feel heard and empowered because you are the expert in your life!
