Great to meet you!

I’m a compassionate, client-centered mental health professional dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

My approach is collaborative and individualized. I recognize that every person’s experiences, strengths, and goals are unique, so I tailor treatment to meet each client where they are. I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and emotion-regulation strategies.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship concerns, grief and loss, difficulty with emotional regulation, life transitions, and challenges related to self-esteem and coping. I also support clients who are navigating communication difficulties, interpersonal relationships, stress, and major changes in their lives.

My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, process difficult experiences, and build greater confidence and emotional well-being. I believe therapy is a partnership, and I strive to provide a space where clients can explore their concerns at their own pace while developing practical tools they can use beyond the therapy setting.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to work through challenges at their own pace. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based interventions, tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and goals.

I help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical coping skills, improving communication and relationships, building emotional regulation, and working through past experiences that may be affecting their present. My goal is not simply to help clients manage symptoms, but to help them develop greater self-awareness, confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of control over their lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free space. We will spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brought you to therapy, and identifying the concerns and goals you would like to address. I will also ask questions about your history, current challenges, strengths, and support system to better understand your unique experience.

We will work together to begin developing a treatment plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you. You do not need to have everything figured out before your first session—my goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and understood while taking the first steps toward positive change.
