Great to meet you!

A bit about me :) I love figuring out how others perceive their world and teaming up together to sift through the muddiness for better self-understanding. I come from a background of working through my own neurodivergent challenges and as all things, it is a work in progress. I live a culturally balanced world of Latina and Indigenous ancestry that I continue to strive and learn more about. With my personal lived experiences and my work with diverse cultures and age groups I am able to make most feel safe and comfortable the first time we meet.

My approach to therapy

I bring a true part of my humaness to direct my work as a therapist to support and guide your self-journey wherever that may lead us. I get a sense of who are and guide you through your thoughts to discover what is within. I believe your soul is beautiful.

What you can expect from me

I truly hope with each session you get to know yourself a bit more. You get to see your beautiful you. Your self-perception is more understood and clarifies for you your next steps in your life journey.
