Sada Okolo-Miles

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and native of Hoston, Texas. I received a Bachelors of Art degree specializing in Psychology in 2007 from Texas Southern University. In addition, I received a Masters of Art degree from Texas Southern University in 2010, specializing in Clinical Psychology. I have been licensed as Professional Counselor- Supervisor for the past 12 years. I have experience with working with many age groups as well as specializing in many mental health issues. I have extensive experience working with various populations.

As, Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, I assist every day people reach their full potential. I utilize Unconditional Positive Regard to identify each persons needs and what interventions are needed to address the identified needs. I will then meet each person where they are emotionally and mentally to begin the therapeutic journey of guiding each person to authentic and sustainable growth.

The goal is to teach each person different techniques, strategies and skills from various therapeutic modalities to assist with emotion regulation, healthy processing and healthy coping. Come as you are and leave better than when you first arrived. The journey begins at the first session
