Great to meet you!

I truly believe that empowered people can face any challenge that comes their way. Helping those who are willing to face their fears and connect the dots over various life experiences provides for great therapeutic work to be done for any client. I want to help my clients grow and walk away from therapy feeling that they have transformed.

By providing empathy, a safe place with no judgement and honest feedback, I can provide you with the guidance you need to get to your desired destination. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms (Domestic Violence), self-esteem issues, parent – child conflict, grief and common life stressors.

I have a Bachelor's in Psychology and Fine Arts from Boston College and a Master's of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a CBT, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused approach. I am also a trauma-informed therapist who believes in the process and journey towards greater well-being. I use fun and dynamic creative exercises during sessions that further support your journey to mental health.

What you can expect from me

My greatest goals with my clients are that they would believe in the effective nature of therapy by growing in self-awareness of the progress they make through tangible and concrete evidence. I try to cultivate an environment where clients feel welcomed, empowered, and supported as they realize more of their potential. I also hope to help my clients achieve greater self-compassion while they unlearn and learn new ways of navigating their mental well-being.
