Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide compassionate, personalized care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood concerns, sleep difficulties, burnout, and other mental health challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines medication management with supportive therapy to help you feel better, function more confidently, and feel more like yourself again. I believe you deserve to feel heard, understood, and involved in your care.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a comfortable and supportive environment. We’ll discuss your concerns, goals, and what you hope to gain from treatment while working together to create a personalized plan for your care. My goal is for clients to feel respected, supported, and actively involved in their treatment every step of the way.
