Great to meet you!

After working in the field of mental health for over a decade, I’ve developed my own approach, drawing on different therapeutic modalities to help clients strengthen emotional insight, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build lasting confidence in facing life’s challenges. I specialize in helping people who struggle with anxiety, burnout, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. I bring both a compassionate and practical lens to therapy, helping clients explore the root of their emotional distress while also developing new tools for navigating it. I see therapy as a collaborative space where you can reconnect to your inner voice, express your needs more clearly, and build a life that feels more grounded and aligned with who you are.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices aimed at building resilience and providing clients with an effective set of coping skills. By fostering a deeper understanding of the connections between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, I empower clients to make meaningful changes, heal from past experiences, and build self-esteem to create a more fulfilling and balanced life. I approach my work with compassion, curiosity, and care to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where we can move at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, you’re encouraged to share more about what you’re seeking help with and what you’re hoping to gain or change through our work together. I will also ask questions to help guide the conversation and uncover parts of your story that may not be top of mind. In our work together, I will help you gain new perspectives and coping skills to remove the tunnel vision and self-imposed limitations that anxiety and low self-esteem often lead to.
