After working in the field of mental health for over a decade, I’ve developed my own approach, drawing on different therapeutic modalities to help clients strengthen emotional insight, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build lasting confidence in facing life’s challenges. I specialize in helping people who struggle with anxiety, burnout, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. I bring both a compassionate and practical lens to therapy, helping clients explore the root of their emotional distress while also developing new tools for navigating it.
