Sairah Ansari

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience treating depression, stress, anxiety, trauma, and low self-esteem. I have a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan and currently practice as a therapist in the state of North Carolina.

I utilize a variety of treatment modalities to help you reach your goals. I draw from a variety of theories because I know that there is no one size fits all approach. I often utilize Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Self-Compassion models. It is important to be aware of a variety of tools, paths, and resources available to you on your journey toward wellness. This is why I also value your feedback as we work together.
