Dr. Saja Mboge

My name is Saja Mboge, DSW, LCSW. I obtained a BSW in social work in 2009, an MSW in 2011, and a DSW in social work in May 2025 from the University of Memphis, TN. I have over 15 years of clinical social work experience in settings such as residential, school social work, PHP, IOP, crisis, acute psychiatric, addiction, and recovery. I have worked with the following age groups: children (ages 6-12), adolescents (ages 13-17), young adults (ages 18-25), and adults (ages 26 and above).

My approach centers on creating a warm, nonjudgmental environment where individuals can explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change at their own pace. I support clients navigating a wide range of mental and emotional health needs, including anxiety, depression, grief, anger management, emotional regulation, trauma, PTSD, bipolar, and substance use concerns.

My goal is to meet each person with compassion and respect, offering evidence-based treatment tailored to their unique story and strengths. My work is rooted in helping clients build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and pursue a healthier life. I believe healing occurs through connection, collaboration, and the courage to take the first step. I am honored to support clients on this journey.
