My name is Saja Mboge, DSW, LCSW. I obtained a BSW in social work in 2009, an MSW in 2011, and a DSW in social work in May 2025 from the University of Memphis, TN. I have over 15 years of clinical social work experience in settings such as residential, school social work, PHP, IOP, crisis, acute psychiatric, addiction, and recovery. I have worked with the following age groups: children (ages 6-12), adolescents (ages 13-17), young adults (ages 18-25), and adults (ages 26 and above).

My approach to therapy

My approach centers on creating a warm, nonjudgmental environment where individuals can explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change at their own pace. I support clients navigating a wide range of mental and emotional health needs, including anxiety, depression, grief, anger management, emotional regulation, trauma, PTSD, bipolar, and substance use concerns.
