Great to meet you!

I care; I love to educate and empower people in terms of their mental health.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Are you tired of feeling stuck? Are there things you want to achieve with physical health & personal goals, but you just can't get started? You may be suffering from failure to launch or some other mental barrier to living happily. I'm focused on helping individuals age 13-85 with exploring how and why their mental health is impacting and preventing true progress in their lives. De-stigmatization and education, help me transform your days into adventures that allow you to meet your own goals.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to take away solutions to problems and tools to gain resilience. I help clients to bounce back from grief and other traumatic events. Clients will also learn how to protect their peace via setting boundaries.
