Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, values and empowered. I earned my Bachelor's degree from North Carolina Central University and my Master's degree from Walden University. I specialize in helping individuals navigate interpersonal relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, anger management, self-esteem concerns, communication difficulties and overall improvement of mental well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and client-centered, focusing on helping clients build healthier relationships, develop effective coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and gain confidence in themselves and their decisions.

What you can expect from me

I understand that seeking therapy can prompt feelings of uncertainty. And with that, I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace. I believe healing and growth happen through authenticity, connection, and practical strategies that can be applied to everyday life. My goal is to support each client in identifying their strengths, overcoming barriers, improve boundaries, and working toward meaningful, lasting change.
