Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Salina Yoon. I am a licensed professional therapist with a certification in substance use disorder. Mental health can interfere with daily functioning. I work with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, substance use disorder, bipolar disorders, PTSD, OCD, and anger management are among the conditions I specialize in.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The most important aspect of therapy is the rapport between a client and a therapist. I believe that providing a safe space, being authentic, and empathic are critical to establishing a strong client/therapist relationship. This improves the outcomes of a client to reach their therapeutic goals.

What you can expect from our first session

Each client can expect respect, honesty, and authenticity at each session. An individualized treatment plan will be created with the knowledge that life circumstances differ from day to day. Life is hard, so goals may vary. I am flexible and welcome any changing concerns. I look forward to working with you!
