Great to meet you!

I am a former art teacher and have an eclectic background of training including experiential modalities, trauma informed care, art therapy and much more. I work with adults and especially find fulfillment and joy in working with women in life transitions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic and "bottom up rather than "top down" which means we address your concerns from a somatic and experiential viewpoint. This means talk therapy is important but is not the most important aspect of care. We address somatic concerns as I use a holistic approach to mental health care.

What you can expect from our first session

Client can expect homework between sessions that may include readings, books, visual journaling assignments and a set of goals to work toward. The goal is to treat the source of the symptoms and provide you with tools that will help you to heal and to grow. We review your progress at each session.
