Great to meet you!

If you're feeling stuck, challenged, or noticing yourself repeating patterns that no longer serve you, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Many people reach a point where they feel unsure about how to move forward or how to live in a way that feels more aligned with who they truly are. Together, we can work through these burdens and begin exploring what may be keeping you from experiencing the life you want. If you're not sure what your goals are or what might be preventing you from moving forward, that is a perfectly valid place to begin—or continue—your path toward change, clarity, and healing.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Counseling and a secondary focus in Art Therapy. My background allows me to incorporate both traditional therapeutic approaches and creative expression when helpful, offering multiple ways to explore emotions, gain insight, and support meaningful personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I practice a multidimensional, client-centered, and strength-based approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. My work is grounded in cultural awareness and respect for each client’s unique background, values, and lived experiences. I also hold an Advanced Certification in Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration and incorporate an Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed perspective into my work.

I enjoy working with LGBTQ+ individuals and adult creatives, and I strive to create a space where clients feel supported in exploring their identities, experiences, and inner worlds. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build on their existing strengths, and move toward greater clarity, balance, and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

You are welcomed into a safe, confidential, and open environment where you can speak freely about what you are experiencing. My role is to support you in defining how you are struggling and identifying what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we will explore your concerns, clarify your goals, and begin building a path forward that feels supportive and meaningful to you.

Throughout the process, I aim to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable sharing at your own pace, so we can work together toward the growth and changes you are seeking.
