Choosing the right therapist is a deeply personal and important decision. Meaningful therapy depends on a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship, and I approach my work with great care for building that alliance with every client I see.
My specialty is working with unresolved trauma. Using both clinical skills and a strong intuition, I help guide clients through their healing process—making sense of past experiences, gently processing them, and eventually laying them to rest. My work is non-pathologizing in nature and draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and EMDR.
I am open to working with individuals from all demographics and walks of life, and I take your unique background, culture, and life story seriously. Having lived and traveled in multiple parts of the world, I bring a global perspective to my work. A particular niche of mine is supporting South Asian young adults who are navigating family dynamics, cultural expectations, identity, and relationship stress.
If you’re feeling the need to unpack, let go, and heal from old hurt or pain; seeking relief from relationship stress; or simply curious about how therapy might support you, I welcome you to reach out. Together, we can create a plan that feels like the right fit for you—whether that means learning practical skills to manage anxiety or depression, or engaging in deeper, longer-term healing work.
