Great to meet you!

Are you in a dark place and seeking a sense of healing but unsure what to do? Are you afraid to look in the mirror because you have lost sight of the person staring back at you? At some point we have all been in that dark place, but I want to empower you to look in the mirror and see your true self. I have a love for individuals that have been strong friend. The ones who have been the caretakers or the people pleasers in their family or friend group. The ones who often feel forgotten about.

So much so, you have forgotten about yourself and your identity. Together, we will work to restore the balance. I assist young adults, adults and women of color with repairing generational trauma, family issues, relationship issues, and any issues that life has handed you. I help women push past the fear of the unknown, the fear of being lost in the chaos, and having the strength to walk up to the mirror and know who you are from the depth of your mind, body and soul.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing is not one-dimensional—it’s layered, living, and deeply personal. My approach integrates traditional therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems with holistic practices such as EFT tapping, energy psychology, hypnotherapy, breathwork, and shadow work. This blend allows me to meet you exactly where you are and guide you toward lasting change at the mental, emotional, spiritual, and even ancestral levels.

The 8 Dimensions of Wellness are at the heart of how I practice. They were instrumental in my own healing journey, and now they serve as the framework I use to help others step into balance, clarity, and wholeness.

Our sessions are collaborative and relational—I don’t view myself as the expert “fixing” you, but as a compassionate guide walking beside you. Together, we set goals, create practical plans, and explore tools that you can carry into your daily life.

For clients who long for spiritual connection, I offer flexible, inclusive support that honors your beliefs while inviting Spirit into the process in a way that feels safe and authentic for you. Above all, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal from the inside out.

What you can expect from me

My clients embark on a journey of whole-person healing—encompassing mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and ancestral well-being. My practice blends therapy, hypnotherapy, spiritual coaching, and holistic healing, helping clients uncover inner light and transform from within. Sessions are designed to help you release blocks while cultivating balance in mind, body, and spirit.

Clients leave with:

  • Clarity & Self-Understanding – uncover limiting beliefs and reconnect with your authentic truth.
  • Healing & Release – free yourself from past trauma, inherited patterns, and energy blockages.
  • Tools for Growth – learn practical techniques like mindfulness, breathwork, and energy practices to use daily.
  • Integration & Alignment – bring together mental health, spirituality, and ancestral healing for whole-self transformation.
  • Empowerment – leave each session feeling supported, guided, and equipped to step into authentic living.

Each client’s journey is unique, but all can expect compassionate guidance, integrative healing, and a safe space to grow into their highest self.
