Great to meet you!

My name is Samantha (Sam) and I am an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) as well as a TBRI (Trust Based Relational Intervention) Practitioner. I earned my Bachelor's of Science in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and my Master's degree from Texas Christian University. I am passionate about working with adolescents and young adults.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic and collaborative, empowering clients to actively participate in their own healing process. I integrate acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness techniques, expressive arts, internal family systems (IFS), and systems theory while maintaining a humanistic perspective. I firmly believe that every client deserves individualized care tailored to their specific concerns and needs. As a therapist I am committed to creating a nonjudgmental, authentic, trauma-informed, and inclusive environment where clients feel safe, heard, and supported.

What you can expect from me

When you work with me, you can expect a compassionate and understanding ally who will walk alongside you on your journey toward personal growth and well-being. My goal is to help you develop the tools and insights necessary to navigate life's challenges with greater resilience, self-awareness, and inner peace.
