Great to meet you!

Therapy should be a space where you feel heard, supported, and encouraged to grow. My role is to meet you where you are while helping you gain clarity, recognize patterns, build on your strengths, and identify practical steps toward the changes you want to make. I value authentic conversations and will offer thoughtful feedback, encouragement, and accountability along the way. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together to help you move forward with greater confidence and intention.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself while also feeling supported in making meaningful changes. I take a collaborative and individualized approach, creating space for you to talk openly while helping you explore patterns, gain new perspectives, and develop practical strategies you can use beyond the therapy room.

My work often focuses on anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, relationships, emotional regulation, and navigating life transitions. I understand that sometimes you need space to process, while other times you may need feedback, a different perspective, or help figuring out what to do next. I’ll meet you where you are, build on your strengths, and support you in turning insight into action so you can create changes that feel realistic and sustainable in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you would like to be different, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You don’t have to come in knowing exactly what your goals are, we can figure that out together.

My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where you can be honest, ask questions, and show up as yourself. By the end of the first few sessions, we’ll begin identifying your priorities and developing realistic goals that give our work direction while still allowing therapy to evolve as your needs change.
