Great to meet you!

Hello- my name is Samantha and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker. I graduated from Michigan State University with my Master's in Social Work in 2016. As a clinical therapist, I want to work with you to build a relationship based on trust so we can strengthen your well-being.

I am especially passionate about treating anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. as well as, grief/loss and coping with life transitions.

I look forward to getting to know you!

My approach to therapy

My goal is to take a relaxed, calming, approach to therapy. Our sessions are about what you need, so I often tailor my methods to suit each individual's unique needs.

I use a variety of evidenced-based therapeutic interventions such as Behavioral Activation, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Mindfulness to help you reach your goals and address varying concerns.

Regular check-ins, allow us to see how things are going and to make sure you are getting what you need from therapy.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a comfortable, safe, and confidential place to be heard, to heal, and to improve daily life.
