I specialize in helping people who are struggling with depression, trauma, or ADHD to get to the root of their challenges so they can feel better for good and find relief from painful experiences. I have experience working with teens and adults.

The foundation of my approach is client-centered and trauma-informed. I am encouraging, supportive, and genuine balanced with a bit of humor. I work to understand each client's individual needs and perspectives. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, DBT, attachment-based and trauma focused therapy strategies.
Clients should expect to be heard and supported. They will explore the concerns that bring them to therapy and situations contributing to those concerns. I may help clients learn new ways to manage situations or cope with something difficult and have meaningful solutions to their challenges. I will engage clients in learning new skills in ways that are engaging and relevant to them. Clients will be empowered as they have tangible and attainable steps toward solutions and new insights.
