Great to meet you!

Asking for help when you need it most can be incredibly difficult, but bravery is doing the hard thing without being certain of the outcome. I work frequently with individuals who identify as "people pleasers" so I understand prioritizing yourself can feel unfamiliar or unimportant. You are allowed to take care of yourself. This is a great place to start!

My approach to therapy

If your inner critic is a little too loud and you're looking for a way to quiet that voice, I'm here to help. My work with clients aims to gently identify patterns in relationships, both with others and with oneself; we'll work together to integrate compassion-focused strategies and gentle confrontation to build curiosity and breakdown judgment. The space I hold allows us to sit on the same side of the table and work through challenges as part of the same team.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to unload the overwhelm and let someone else sit with your "stuff" for a bit. We'll talk through what brought you here, whether that's

anxiety that won't switch off, a loss you're still carrying, or a relationship pattern you keep circling back to, and start mapping what's actually going on underneath it. Your

needs drive the conversation. Together we'll set goals for therapy and move toward change at a pace that feels doable, patiently and with an open mind.
