Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. I specialize in trauma-informed approaches and have experience supporting clients facing anxiety-related disorders, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and overwhelming life experiences.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, personalized, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-focused therapies. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), allowing me to support individuals in processing trauma, reducing distressing symptoms, and fostering meaningful healing and resilience.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel emotionally safe, respected, and empowered to explore their experiences without judgment. My goal is to help clients strengthen coping skills, improve emotional wellness, navigate difficult transitions, develop healthier relationships, and build greater self-awareness and confidence.

Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child, therapy can be a powerful step toward healing and lasting change. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients on their journey toward wellness, balance, and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, validated, and encouraged. Together, we will explore your current challenges while honoring your unique cultural background, values, and lived experiences. My goal is to help you identify personalized strategies and solutions that support your growth, healing, and overall well-being.
