Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, and my path into this work comes from a genuine desire to help people feel understood and supported during some of their hardest moments. My experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings has shown me how complex mental health can be, so I approach each client with empathy, patience, and respect for their individual story. I specialize in treating anxiety, ADHD, depression, and mood disorders.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, personalized approach to care—working with you to create a plan that feels right and helps you feel more like yourself again. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start, I’m here to help you take that first step.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a calm, judgment-free space where they feel heard and understood. In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to see change, and set simple, realistic goals together. If appropriate, we may also start medication on the first visit, along with ongoing, case-by-case medication management.
