Great to meet you!

Adults navigating life's most challenging transitions often find their way to my practice: individuals processing loss, grief, and bereavement; those grappling with identity and parenting questions or adjusting to significant life changes. I also work with individuals managing anxiety, depression, and trauma responses, including those who have experienced complex or chronic stress. Many of my clients are thoughtful, reflective people who want more than symptom relief. They are looking for a therapeutic relationship that helps them understand themselves more deeply and build more meaningful lives. With 25 years of clinical experience, I bring both depth of knowledge and genuine curiosity about each person's unique story to every session.

My approach to therapy

I am an integrative psychologist drawing upon a range of approaches, including psychodynamic psychotherapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), gestalt therapy, transactional analysis, and humanistic, existential, client-centered therapy. Rather than applying a single model, I listen closely and tailor my approach to each person's needs, goals, and history. This flexibility allows our work to evolve as you do, meeting you exactly where you are and moving at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Sessions are a space where you can bring all of yourself, including the parts you may not fully understand yet. I work collaboratively, and I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful tools for change. Whether you are coming with a specific goal in mind or a more open sense of wanting to feel differently, I look forward to seeing if we are a good fit.
