Great to meet you!

I believe that through our connection with each other, we can make meaning within life's decisions. I see life and its challenges from a holistic perspective, which involves the complexity of our experiences and our response to our varied relationships. I have worked for nearly eight years as a counselor, providing programs and opportunities that engage people in understanding relationships, anxiety, fears, attaining self-confidence, spiritual healing, and how it impacts our lives stories.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach when working with clients. Integrative therapy is an individualized, holistic approach to therapy that combines ideas and techniques from different therapeutic schools of thought depending on the unique needs of a given client.

What you can expect from our first session

At House of Wellness, I will identify mental health concerns and explore physical and spiritual aspects of your life that need fulfillment to help achieve restoration, healing, and progress. I assist individuals in dealing with all types of stressors and provide a safe space where clients can come and release their feelings.
