Great to meet you!

There is a thread that runs through all the painful experiences we have as humans. Whether its depression, anxiety, loss, addiction, an existential crisis, or the myriad of other issues we face, these experiences of suffering all generate the same feeling of aloneness. These stark moments of aloneness are at the heart of our sorrow, and I have spent my life learning how to connect to people having these experiences so that they feel less alone.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is the great passion of my life. I have an endless curiosity about people, and I've never tired of hearing their stories. My approach to therapy involves helping people see what they previously couldn't, and to guide them in gaining from their suffering.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away both changes in awareness and in behaviors, and a view of themselves that is less broken.
