I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am currently taking on new clients virtually through Headway. I want to start with what it means to be in therapy. Therapy is a journey to wellness and helping you paint the future you want. Therapy is about helping me, help you. I do not have magical answers to solve all your problems. I have strategies and training in being able to empower you to help yourself through a client centered, cognitive-behavioral, trauma informed lens.
We will also examine your attachment style, and how it shows up in your relationship with yourself and others. All while understanding the way that trauma affects the way we think, feel, and act. I will challenge you, but I will never push you. When you’re ready, I’m ready! Let’s go.
