Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a doctoral degree in nursing and a strong background in family practice. Having provided compassionate, full-spectrum primary care in Maryland, I bring a holistic understanding of how physical health, stress, and lifestyle directly influence mental well-being. My practice focuses on delivering comprehensive, evidence-based psychiatric evaluations and personalized medication management through convenient telehealth services. I am dedicated to creating an inclusive, empathetic space where clients feel truly heard, supported, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

My care philosophy is centered on collaboration, active listening, and a patient-focused, whole-person approach. I recognize that mental health is deeply connected to overall well-being, which allows me to blend my family medicine experience with specialized psychiatric care. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work side-by-side with you to develop a tailored treatment plan that aligns with your unique needs, personal goals, and comfort level. Whether we are managing anxiety, mood disorders, or navigating life transitions, my goal is to provide warm, practical, and non-judgmental care every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and unhurried environment where we discuss your current concerns, health history, and what you hope to achieve in care. We will review your physical and emotional well-being together, discuss potential treatment options—including medication management and lifestyle strategies—and answer any questions you have. By the end of our first visit, we will establish a clear, initial roadmap tailored to your individual goals so you feel confident and supported moving forward.
