Sandra H. Bondelier (Sandy) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working in the profession for 40 years. She obtained a dual Master's degree in Social Work and Public Administration from The Ohio State University.

Sandy has extensive experience in treating adults with Anxiety and Panic, Depression, Bipolar, Adjustment Disorder, and Trauma. She has helped her clients address and manage a wide variety of issues including low self-esteem, pain and stress management, work-life balance, and communication and relationship difficulties including infidelity, anger management, and domestic violence, as well as pregnancy, infertility, postpartum depression and other women's issues.

In addition, she has assisted clients to confront and resolve parenting problems, foster care/adoption struggles, chronic illness, and spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries, as well as end-of-life and grief and loss.

My approach to therapy

Sandy uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapies and Motivational Interviewing.
