I earned my Master of Education degree from Winthrop University in Rock Hill SC. I have over 20 years experience working with diverse populations, but my specialties include adolescents, adults and/or families who experience problems related to anxiety, depression, past traumatic experiences, and/or familial discord.
Therapy is a personal exploration that may lead to major changes in life perspectives and decisions. My role as a therapist is to assist clients through their personal journey of discovery and growth to achieve the best possible results of themselves.
My clinical practice is client centered and strengths based. I work diligently to help clients discover their strengths and provide support for change. I am committed to treating all clients with dignity, respect, and compassion regardless of the presenting concerns. My goal is for clients to leave the counseling experience empowered and motivated for continued growth and change.
