Great to meet you!

I’ve been a licensed clinical mental health counselor since 2013, and I truly see this work as my life’s calling. Each day, I’m inspired by the strength and resilience of the individuals I meet. Every person has a unique story and a deeper purpose, and it’s a privilege to walk alongside them as they uncover both.

It’s an honor to hold space for you—to listen as you share your fears, your sacred memories, your hopes, and your dreams. My goal is to be a compassionate and steady partner as you navigate life’s challenges and triumphs, and to support you in discovering meaning, healing, and growth along the way.

My approach to therapy

Sandi brings over 15 years of experience as a counselor, having worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, counseling centers, community outreach programs, and private practice. Her broad clinical background allows her to effectively support clients navigating depression, anxiety, and past trauma, helping them make meaningful progress through a strong therapeutic relationship.

She enjoys working with a diverse range of clients—from business professionals to college students and teens—and is especially passionate about creating a safe, trusting environment where healing can take place. Sandi believes that the foundation of effective therapy lies in building a genuine connection rooted in trust, rapport, and emotional safety.
