With 30 years providing therapy to individuals, couples and families, I bring a heart-centered approach to the work. I believe my role is to support you on your journey . I do so with warmth, humor and a deep respect for the unique qualities of each individual.
I specialize in assisting individuals navigating issues of anxiety or trauma. I utilize Internal Family Systems and Somatic approaches to empower you to gain skills that are sustainable on a deep level.
A secondary passion of mine is working with couples facing relationship challenges. In this work, I teach communication and relational tools which optimize everyday relating and improve relationship outcomes.
In our first session, we will identify goals for therapy and determine comfort level for continued work.
