Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, personalized care across the lifespan. I offer psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management for concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, panic, insomnia, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health conditions.

I have a special interest in women’s mental health and additional education in perinatal and postpartum mental health.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, collaborative, and patient-centered, incorporating evidence-based psychiatric care while considering your overall well-being. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space and work with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your individual needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. We will take time to discuss your concerns, symptoms, personal history, and goals for treatment. I will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, lifestyle recommendations, and other supportive strategies.
