Great to meet you!

As a board certified psychotherapist, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing for 10 years, I work with a plethora of inter-generational clients aged 21-90 who are struggling with anxiety and depression and trauma.

As a chaplain, I take a psycho-spiritual approach and work with clients assisting with intercultural issues, blended family dynamics, religiosity challenges and grief & loss.

My approach to therapy

A bit about my approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect from our first session

I offer an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll collaborate together to figure this out.

I offer a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. We’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
