Great to meet you!

I am a NH board Licensed Clinical Mental Counselor (LCMHC) with over 20 years of experience in the field of Mental Health. I specialize in depression, women's issues, relationships, and stress management. Patients find my approach as open-minded, warm, and empowering. I believe a trusting and collaborative relationship between patient and therapist is the foundation needed for promoting growth and positive change. I bring both clinical expertise and the insight that comes from lived experience into the therapeutic experience.

My approach to therapy

In my therapy practice I use a variety of evidenced-based treatment approaches to support patients in achieving their unique personal goals in therapy. I strive to meet each person exactly where they are, recognizing that growth and change is a continual process. My ultimate goal for therapy is to create a supportive and safe environment that will allow you the opportunity to reach your desired goals and become the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

I understand it can feel overwhelming to seek out therapy, many of my patients have felt this same way. I am here for you, and I will support you each step of the way. As a patient of mine, you get to choose between scheduling a free 15-minute phone consultation with me or directly booking your first full session. Together we will explore your reasons for seeking out therapy and begin to outline what our work together will look like moving forward.
