Great to meet you!

I’m a relational & non-traditional therapist who values rapport building as it is one of the foundational building blocks of therapy therefore I like to incorporate humor and remember we are two humans in a space. I am not here to control, but to guide and encourage clients to courageously move through fear and towards sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

There are so many things that get in the way of standing strong in who we are and participating in life in an authentic way, this could be past wounds that may still need tending to, life experiences that we have internalized, and our own relationship with ourselves. I focus on helping clients explore and understand all parts of themselves in order to live a life rooted in their true self.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect an inviting environment where you feel safe to come as you are that day. Although the work between client and therapist can be collaborative, I meet you where you are and help add movement towards your values and intentions when it feels reachable. I like to incorporate moments of mindfulness to help ground the nervous system before, during, and/or after session, whether that's to help transition in and out of the space and/or to practice tending to ourselves in the moment.
