Great to meet you!

Hello- I am glad you’re here! I have ten years of experience as a social worker working with adults in a variety of settings, including community mental health and inpatient behavioral health.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy working with adults across the lifespan and strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely yourself. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailoring the approach to your individual needs and goals. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck, we will work together to identify what is getting in the way and build strategies to move forward.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and finding the right therapist matters! My goal is to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported as you work towards meaningful change.
