Dr. Sanjai Dayal

Each patient has a unique story with their strengths and vulnerabilities. My goal is to understand your goals and aspirations, as well as the challenges which may hinder your progress.

I completed psychiatry training at Duke and my addiction psychiatry fellowship at Yale. I provide evaluations and treatment of mental illness and/or substance use disorders for adults (18+), with a holistic and patient- centered approach.

I focus on the unique needs of the individual, in a compassionate and holistic manner.

I strive for a collaborative approach with each patient, with the goal of providing evidence-based treatment plans.
