Welcome to my practice, One Step Forward Counseling, PLLC.! My name is Sara Bell and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I have been working in the therapy field for over 9 years. I have worked with children, teens, young adults, and adults. I have a main focus on trauma and brainspotting.
I primarily focus on CBT/talk therapy. I also utilize other approaches including brainspotting. Brainspotting is an amazing intervention for any emotion and trauma.
During our first session, you can expect information on what therapy with me will look like. You will also have the opportunity to ask any question you have. I will ask many questions about you our first session. This is to get enough information to identify possible goals and ways for me to support you.
