I approach therapy as a collaborative partnership rooted in warmth, safety, and mutual respect. My goal is to create an open, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and valued. Utilizing a trauma-informed and culturally humble lens, I tailor my approach to your unique strengths, helping you navigate life's challenges, process grief or trauma, and build meaningful resilience.
Our first session is all about getting comfortable and building a foundation. We will go at your pace as we discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and look at what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. My main priority is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, so we can collaborate on a roadmap for your healing journey moving forward.
