Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am so glad you're here! I’m a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW - C) who specializes in working with adolescents and women, particularly those navigating the lasting impact of trauma. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, or past experiences that still feel too present, I’m here to support you. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, which means I draw from a range of evidence-based practices—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, and strengths-based techniques.

My approach to therapy

No two people are the same, so I tailor each session to your unique needs, values, and goals using a client centered approach. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental environment—whether that’s through secure telehealth sessions or walk-and-talk therapy outdoors—so you can explore what’s weighing on you in a way that feels safe and natural.

What you can expect from me

Life can feel heavy, confusing, or overwhelming at times—but therapy can be a space to breathe, feel seen, and begin to heal. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental environment that will meet you were you at to assist you. I believe that healing is a journey, not a linear process—and it’s one you don’t have to walk alone.
