Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients in their journeys towards emotional healing and self-growth. I received my education and professional training at UNC Chapel-Hill and UNC Greensboro, and have over 12 years of experience providing individual therapy. I specialize in treating adult women in the areas of anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties, and perinatal/postpartum mental health. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where women feel truly understood and empowered to make meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

I consider my therapeutic approach to be compassionate and client-centered, providing a supportive, non-judgmental space where my clients feel heard and empowered. I integrate various evidence-based modalities, tailoring my approach to meet each client’s unique needs.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to equip clients with practical tools for everyday life while fostering improved insight, confidence, and self-acceptance. Through therapy, I strive to help clients build resilience, deepen their understanding of themselves, and develop strategies to navigate life’s challenges with strength and clarity.
