Hello! My name is Sara (SaraBeth) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Appalachian State University and obtained my Masters of Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver! I specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, family expectations, life transitions, self-esteem, or simply trying to figure out who you are, you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about what’s on your mind.
I offer a safe, empathetic and compassionate space for you to openly share about complexities of life. My hope after each session is for you to leave session feeling empowered, seen, heard and understood!
