Great to meet you!

As a mom of three, I understand that life can be messy, overwhelming, and beautiful all at once. Parenting, relationships, and navigating our own mental health can bring challenges that are hard to put into words.

In our sessions, you’ll find me to be genuine, down-to-earth, and deeply personal in my approach. I believe in connecting through real-life experiences, meeting you where you are, and creating a space where you feel comfortable showing up as your whole self.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is based in cognitive understanding and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles. Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected, identify patterns that may be contributing to your challenges, and develop practical strategies to support meaningful change.

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest, understood, and accepted without judgment. Life can be messy, overwhelming, and complicated, and sometimes we need a safe place to slow down, make sense of what we’re experiencing, and figure out what comes next.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll introduce and provide education on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through the ABCD framework. This framework will help us begin understanding and applying CBT concepts to your real-life experiences while giving you practical tools and greater confidence to navigate challenges.
