Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to providing comprehensive, individualized, and holistic care. I integrate traditional psychiatric treatment with lifestyle psychiatry and principles of lifestyle medicine, with attention to nutrition, sleep, stress, daily habits, and hormonal and lifestyle factors that influence mental health. I provide medication management when clinically appropriate while working collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs and goals. My approach emphasizes understanding the full picture of mental health and supporting sustainable, whole-person care.

My practice is fully telehealth-based and focuses primarily on adult women, with particular expertise in women’s mental health and hormonal mental health, including PMDD, menstrual cycle–related mood symptoms, postpartum mood disorders, and perimenopausal mood changes. Services are centered on psychiatric evaluation and medication management; stand-alone therapy is not provided. Individuals seeking in-person care or services outside this clinical scope may be better supported by another provider.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, structured, and patient-centered. I work with adult women experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, hormonal mental health concerns, and related mental health symptoms. Care is guided by comprehensive clinical assessment and individualized treatment planning, incorporating medication management when clinically appropriate alongside practical lifestyle-focused strategies to support emotional well-being and overall functioning. I work collaboratively with each individual to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to their needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, a 60-minute telehealth appointment, you can expect a welcoming, structured, and judgment-free space where we focus on understanding your concerns, symptoms, and overall well-being. We will review your mental health history, current challenges, and factors such as nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, and daily habits, along with what has led you to seek care. This session is designed to develop a clear understanding of your needs and begin creating a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication management when clinically appropriate along with practical lifestyle-focused strategies to support your mental health and overall functioning.
